Get crafty with the kids this week for Read Across America! Here are fun and creative projects that celebrate everyone’s favorite children’s author, Dr. Seuss.
Dr. Seuss Crafts For Story Time
Hi my crafty friends! I hope you are doing well today! I’m so glad you landed on today’s Dr Seuss Kid Craft Roundup post. You are going to have a blast checking this one out!
Fun fact for you right now – did you know that Dr. Seuss’s birthday is coming up on March 2nd?
Yup! Every year in celebration of the amazing children’s book author, educators and parents alike, get together to celebrate Read Across America Day. It’s a HUGE nationwide reading event and it is a good excuse to wipe the dust off your books and get lost in his stories with your child!
Since the beginning of Glued To My Crafts, I’ve been slowly in-cooperating several different Dr. Seuss themed kid crafts into our archives.
And since our website archives has really grown in the last year, I wanted to do a quick Dr. Seuss themed roundup post, just in case you missed any of them and/or needed some inspiration for some crafts to do in honor of the special day {cause with an event like this – a good craft is in order!}
All these Cat In The Hat, One Fish, Two Fish and Lorax themed crafts & activities are super simple and perfect to celebrate reading with young people. Especially during Read Across America Week. All of which can be found right here on Glued To My Crafts!
