Hi friends! I’m so glad you landed on today’s paper plate leopard art project tutorial!
Remember how I mentioned yesterday in our Paper Plate Cookie {Kid Craft} post, that we have been creating tons of crafts centered around my son’s favorite kid books?
Well – today’s kid friendly paper plate leopard craft tutorial is in honor of the colorful Dr Seuss beginner book Put Me in the Zoo by Robert Lopshire. It’s a cute story that proves that “everyone has a spot” in this grand scheme of life.
This Dr Seuss Inspired Polka Dot Leopard Kid Craft is not only super simple and fun for those of all ages – BUT it’s also a great way to honor Dr Seuss on his upcoming birthday {March 2nd} as well!
So what are you waiting for? The “spot on” step-by-step tutorial can be found below!
Happy crafting, my friends! Don’t forget to share pictures of your child’s finished tissue paper and paper plate leopard creations on our Facebook page to admire! I can’t wait to see what they come up with! #gluedtomycrafts

Hi Alison – thanks for the comment and clarifying this. It’s an honest mistake and really confusing since it has the Dr Seuss logo on the front. I apologize. I guess I should have known since it’s right on the cover, correct? People on the internet sometimes get it wrong ;) It’s still a great craft to do however…

Cute craft but check the author. This book is by Robert Lopshire, not Dr Suess.
