  • Brown Cardstock Paper
  • Embellishments
  • Stapler
  • School Glue

Directions:

  1. First things first – download and print out the teddy bear printable on brown cardstock paper.
  2. Use scissors to trim out one of the bear shapes. Save the second design for repeating the sleepy bear in bed craft.
  3. Go ahead and use a marker to draw on some “sleeping” eyes on your cutout.
  4. Next grab your two different colored paper plates. Set one aside for now.
  5. Go ahead and cut the second paper plate in half, straight up the center to create two equal pieces.
  6. Take that paper plate piece and use your marker to draw a crisscross/quilted pattern on the paper plate half.
  7. Now grab all your paper pieces and the teddy bear cutout. Start off by gluing the teddy bear cutout to the center of the uncut, larger paper plate.
  8. Follow that up by either gluing {or stapling} the second half paper plate {his blanket} on top. You will want his arms to slightly stick out as well.
  9. Add any other embellishments you see fit to complete the sleeping bear craft.
  10. When done, set aside to let it dry completely before displaying proudly!
