With just some paint, paper or cardstock and a few helping hands (literally!), kids and adults alike will be able to turn into artists as they create their own personalized valentines.

Whether you’re a mom wanting to involve your children in festive activities, a teacher looking for creative things to do with their students on this special holiday, or simply someone who loves making meaningful gifts, our latest FREE PRINTABLE will be the perfect way start off any Valentines card!

Craft Supplies:

  • Free Printable – on our landing page
  • White Cardstock Paper
  • Washable Craft Paint or Ink Pad
  • Paint Brushes
  • Paper Plate
  • Baby Wipes
  • Large Glue Dots
  • Hershey Kisses or Wrapped Chocolate

Directions:

  • First print out the free “Kisses For Valentine’s Day” themed printable from the supply list above.
  • Print it out, in color, on a single sheet of white cardstock paper. You only need to print ONE per craft.
  • Next, grab your choice of color in craft paint or an ink pad.
  • Pick a hand – any hand will do!
  • Paint the palm and fingers of your child’s hand completely & press it down on the printable, right in the center of the design.
  • Make sure you wiggle EACH finger and gently pull up their hand to reveal the design underneath.
  • Remove excess paint from hands with baby wipes and a quick trip to the sink.
  • Now grab your wrapped chocolate kiss and glue dots.
  • Use a glue dot {or two} to attach the Hershey Kiss to the center of painted handprint you just made.
  • Add other embellishments to give your chocolate kiss card piece for a personalized look.
  • Then display and/or gift away your handmade kiss gift to someone proudly!
