- Black Glitter Glue
- Brown Cardstock Paper

Directions:
- First cut {or tear} your tissue paper into small squares.
- Put a good amount of glue all over the paper plate. Let children place the tissue paper squares on top, until it’s completely covered.
- While they are working on that, cut out the stick of the lollipop from your cardstock.
- Once the paper plate is completely covered, take the black glitter glue and “paint” a circular design just like you would see in a lollipop.
- Sprinkle loose craft glitter on top of the black glue line {you can also use string for this part instead!}
- To finish off the Paper Plate Lollipop kid craft, staple on the cardstock piece to the paper plate. Add other embellishments if you like.
- Then display proudly for all to see!
