Craft supplies on a table: two bags of orange pom-poms, three white cotton balls, tan felt sheets, scissors with green and gray handles, and two small round aluminum pie tins—perfect for creating adorable pumpkin pie crafts.

Let your littles one imagination go wild with this pumpkin pie felt busy bag set! All you need is felt, pom poms and a pan!

Craft Supplies:

  • Tan Craft Felt
  • Orange Pom Poms
  • White Poms Poms
  • Mini Aluminum Pie Pans
  • Basic Craft Scissors
  • Sharpie Marker

completely optional but fun to add – baking tools like spoons, bowls, plastic eggs, etc.

A silver foil bowl, blue scissors, and a black marker rest on tan felt pieces—one with a circle traced for a Pumpkin Pie craft. The felt is cut into several sections on a wooden surface. Tan felt circles with scalloped edges, resembling Pumpkin Pie slices, rest on a dark wooden surface. One circle features a cut-out X in the center. Blue-handled scissors and a small felt scrap are nearby. GluedToMyCraftsBlog.com is at the bottom. Two small foil pie tins filled with orange and white pom-poms resemble mini pumpkin pie crafts, featuring tan felt circles with slits, topped with a white pom-pom, and accompanied by a bowl of orange pom-poms on a wooden surface.

Directions:

  • Using one of the aluminum pans, trace some circles on your tan felt. {two for each pie}
  • Trim those circles out. If desired, cut out a decorative shape in the center, of half the circles {to really give the look of a baked pie top}
  • Now you are ready for the assembling. Kids will put a felt circle inside the pie pan, then some orange pom poms, topped off with the other felt piece and then the “whipped cream” white pom pom.
  • For added fun, pull out kitchen baking supplies and really let your kid at it.
  • To change up this pretend play, grab various colored pom poms to create other pie variations. Think red for apples, green for key lime or even just multi colored for fruit pie!
