Hi friends! Are you ready for something DELICIOUS today! I sure hope so!!!
Since I’m working on my personal goal of 30 days of thanks this fall season, I recently decided that any baking I do this month, will be passed on to someone else.
Recently I made this delicious Applesauce Cranberry Bread and hand delivered the loaves to the cops at the base gate. I’m guessing by the huge smile on the receiving guy’s face, I pretty much made their day. Which in turn, totally made my day.
Below is the easy recipe so you make AND SHARE this delicious treat with friends & family today! If you are inspired to recreate a few loaves today, come share your thoughts of it on our Facebook page! #gluedtomycrafts

Apple Cranberry Bread Recipe Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
3/4 cup dried cranberries or 2 cups of fresh cranberries, chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in a large bowl; mix well together. Combine oil and eggs in another medium bowl. Stir in applesauce.
2. Add applesauce mixture to flour mixture. Stir well until all is combined and smooth. Fold in cranberries.
3. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake bread until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. This can take 55-65 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
4. Remove bread from pan and place on wire rack; cool completely. Slice, serve and enjoy!!!
Make It Your Own Today – If you use fresh cranberries in your applesauce cranberry bread, the loaves might be a bit tart for some people. You can easily substitute with half dried cranberries and then half fresh cranberries instead, for a different flavor profile!

Of course! You can place the batter in any type of baking dish. Just cut down the time/keep an eye on them so they don’t overbake – Stacey

Hi Nesreen – I’ve never worked with a bread machine before, so I can’t exactly say if you can use my recipe and get the same result. Maybe try looking on Google or Pinterest for a bread machine recipe instead? Sorry I’m not much help! – Stacey

How many mini loaves does this make?

I had the same problem…I used metal pans…the center was still wettish….I cooked it for 70 minutes…have you made it again?
Melanie says
What pan are you using?
You could also try to lower the temperature and cook a tad longer. Also covering with foil could help too
(I make bread 3-5 times a week)

What is the secret for baking loafs, banana, cranberry, etc. and not having burned sides and bottom?
I have tried everything, the rest of the loaf is fine but to get the middle baked is a problem. Any advice?
