Painted Patriotic Flag Shirt For 4th of July
Today’s crafty idea is all about a DIY handprint flag patriotic shirt Lil Man and I made together, for him to wear to some upcoming celebrations we are planning on attending soon.
I first saw the DIY idea on Pinterest and instantly knew I wanted {needed} to make one for him.
Not only is this DIY shirt idea great for any patriotic event throughout the year {think 4th of July, Veterans Day and Memorial Day} but it also makes for a great keepsake to gift to someone as well.
There has been several occasions where I wanted a patriotic themed shirt for Lil Man {deployments, military graduations, homecoming celebrations} but never could find something I absolutely loved, in my price range or even remotely cute for boys in his size.
Well – least not till now! For about $7 I solved all my problems and made a one-of-a-kind shirt that literally took us a few minutes from start to finish!
If you would like to make one with your child today {or maybe make a shirt for yourself instead} find all the crafty details below. My best suggestion for the supplies is Walmart 🙂
Happy crafting, my dear friends! Please don’t forget to share pictures of your flag inspired shirts on our Facebook page to admire from a far! #gluedtomycrafts
