Paper Plate & Tissue Paper Covered Ghost Craft

The easier the craft is for the kid {and adult!} the more we love it!!! Am I right?

And if you are starting to look for some activities to keep the kids busy or maybe you need some ideas to decorate your home with for the upcoming “spook-tacular” holiday – look no further because today’s simple kid craft idea is calling your name!

Not only are these Paper Plate Ghosts super easy to make, fairly inexpensive and fun for all ages {even adults will enjoy making these} but this white ghost craft is also perfect to decorate windows with or even make a fun banner out of your finished pieces.

Tissue Paper & Paper Plate Ghosts

Get creative with your little ghouls this Halloween! Unleash their inner artist with this fun and easy tissue paper & paper plate ghost craft idea!

Craft Supplies:

  • Large Paper Plate
  • White Tissue Paper
  • Black Tulip Puffy Paint
  • Craft Scissors
  • School Glue

Directions:

  • First things first – cut your paper plate into four EQUAL triangle pieces. First in half, then take those two halves and cut them in half again.
  • Set all your triangle paper plate pieces aside.
  • Next up – grab your white tissue paper and scissors.
  • Cut it into small squares and put it into a small pile.
  • Now grab your paper plate pieces again, as well as the school glue and tissue paper squares.
  • Put a good amount of glue ALL over the paper plate pieces.
  • Take your tissue paper squares and place them on top of the glue, until the pieces are completely covered.
  • Next grab your black puffy paint.
  • To finish off the Paper Plate Ghosts – “paint on” dotted eyes and a mouth for each ghost piece.
  • When done decorating, set aside to let it dry completely.
  • Then display proudly and snap a few pictures to share with us! #gluedtomycrafts
