Craft Stick & Handprint Ghost Window

Hi friends!!! Today’s Halloween themed craft tutorial is “spooky” crazy fun and incredibly easy for little ones too. I’m talking kids of ALL ages {even those crafty adults} will enjoy making this popsicle stick haunted window craft idea today!

There are ONLY seven simple & inexpensive supplies you will need and it takes a total of 10 minutes to complete – start to finish. PLUS it in-cooperates your child’s handprint so it’s cute Halloween keepsake too!

This Popsicle Stick Ghost Window Kid Craft is not only NOT scary but really EASY too! So let’s grab those supplies and get to “scaring” up this ghost friendly craft today!

Get your kids into the spooky spirit this Halloween with this fun and easy-to-make popsicle stick ghost window craft. Great for parties or as a cozy family activity!

Craft Supplies:

  • Jumbo Popsicle Sticks – 6 per craft
  • Black Cardstock Paper
  • White Cardstock Paper
  • Yellow Craft Paint
  • Paint Brush
  • Pencil or Marker
  • Craft Scissors
  • School Glue

Directions:

  • First things first – assemble your popsicle stick window. Start off by gluing together a simple square and then gluing the remaining two popsicle sticks like a cross in the center.
  • Set aside to let it dry completely.
  • Now you are ready for the cardstock pieces. First trace your child’s hand on the white cardstock paper.
  • Trim out and add a ghost face to the front.
  • Grab the black cardstock and cut a square out for the back of the window. You will want that piece to be a bit smaller than your popsicle stick frame.
  • To finish off your Popsicle Stick Ghost Window, have children paint their window frame and glue the cardstock pieces in place.
  • Then let it all dry completely before displaying proudly!
