Potato Stamped Snowman Card – Kids Craft Idea For Winter Fun!
I’ll admit – I’m the first one to cry when the weatherman says snow is in the forecast. I’m an Oklahoma girl and snow is just not my cup of tea. I rather be in pouring rain for days, than in fluffy snow. I’ll gladly make my snowmen inside on the craft table if it means no shovel OR winter gear for me {sign me up for that type of winter!}
And on that note – sometimes you have to look in the least-likely place to find your BEST craft supply material {especially when it comes to kid crafts!}
Take for example today’s Potato Stamped Snowmen Card kid craft idea.
Not only is this a kid friendly craft that is perfect to welcome the winter weather inside your home BUT it’s also the perfect excuse to get the kids crafty while you make dinner in the kitchen that night. Just save a potato from hitting the boiling water and have kids set up shop on the dining room table. Seriously – you won’t believe how simple and inexpensive this craft is!!
So what are you waiting for? Craft up some frosty friends with your child today and show it off on my Facebook page for everyone to see! We can’t wait to see how you personalize your potato stamped snowman pieces!
Happy crafting and staying warm this winter season, my friends!!! #gluedtomycrafts
