  • Mini Popsicle Sticks {2 per sailboat craft }
  • School Glue
  • Brown Craft Paint
  • Small Paper Plate
  • Foam Paint Brush
  • Colorful Colored Cardstock Paper

Directions:

  • Secure them in place by gluing your TWO mini popsicle sticks {like a fence} the opposite direction.
  • Finally – glue the last jumbo popsicle stick in the center of this rectangle shape for the SAIL portion of the craft.
  • Allow the pieces to dry completely.
  • While those are drying, grab your choice of color in cardstock and cut out a triangle flag for your sailboat.
  • At this point in time you should cut out any other embellishments you see fit and decorate the flag piece.
  • To finish off the Popsicle Stick Sailboat – have children glue on their cardstock flag piece, as well as painting the bottom portion of the sailboat brown
  • When done with those two steps, set it aside again, to let it all dry completely before displaying/playing with your boat creation proudly!!!
