Craft Supplies:

Here’s what you’ll need to kick off your pool noodle stamped lazy river bears craft. Most of these items are probably already in your home!

  • Free MINI Bear Printable – on our landing page
  • Brown Colored Cardstock Paper
  • Scissors
  • School Glue
  • Blue Construction Paper
  • Small Paper Plate
  • Pool Noodle Slice
  • Craft Paint
  • Embellishments

Directions:

Lay down newspaper, a plastic table cover, or an old sheet to avoid messes on your table or floor. Set out all the materials within easy reach to keep things stress-free.

  • Start by downloading and printing the FREE printable provided above. Each printable includes six cutouts for you to use.
  • IF desired, choose your favorite coloring supplies and begin decorating two or more of the body shapes. Customize each bear design however you’d like to add your personal touch.
  • Once you’ve finished decorating, carefully cut out the designs using scissors.
  • Gather your materials: a piece of pool noodle, blue construction paper, a small paper plate, and craft paint.
  • Pour a generous amount of craft paint onto the paper plate, then dip one end of the pool noodle into the paint.
  • Imagine the blue construction paper as your “pool.” Use the painted pool noodle to stamp several “O” shapes onto the paper, creating the look of a pool raft.
  • Next, glue your decorated bear cutout onto the center of each stamped floatie. Position them so they appear to be relaxing and floating in the “lazy river.”
  • Add extra embellishments like pool-themed stickers, glitter, or rhinestones to make your artwork pop and truly one of a kind.
  • Once everything is complete, display your lazy river pool float stamped artwork proudly for everyone to see!
