Something good is brewing on our website today! Let’s just say YOU and your little “witch” are going to absolutely love recreating our Witch Brew Keepsake idea in your home this month!

If you are a long time follower of Glued To My Crafts, you probably already know that I love sharing FREE printable downloads with my readers. It’s seriously my favorite thing to brainstorm ideas on as of late. It just makes craft time so much easier on all participants {and less hassle for those putting it together!}

And with Halloween quickly knocking on our doorsteps, I’m super excited to finally hit publish on my latest {rather unique} Halloween cauldron paper craft idea that just involves adding a simple painted handprint to the center!

In today’s Handprint Cauldron craft post, like always, I’m giving you a FREE printable template and it’s your turn to run with my idea. There are so many directions to take this black witch cauldron printable file, I just hope we inspire you today!

Handprint Halloween Cauldron Keepsake

Bring the spookiness of Halloween to life with this super fun and easy handprint cauldron keepsake craft idea! Perfect for kids of all ages.

Craft Supplies:

  • Cauldron Printable – Landing Page
  • White Cardstock Paper
  • Washable Craft Paint
  • Paint Brushes
  • Small Paper Plate
  • Baby Wipes
  • Halloween Stickers

Directions:

  • First print the free your little witch keepsake printable.
  • Now grab your choice of colored craft paint and squirt it on a small paper plate.
  • Pick a hand – any hand!
  • Paint the palm of your child’s hand completely and press it in the center of the printable, to make it look like “magic” coming from the cauldron.
  • Gently lift up their hand to reveal the handprint design underneath.
  • Use baby wipes {and soapy water} to remove excess craft paint from hand.
  • Now grab your remaining embellishments and decorate the keepsake however you like.
  • When done, set it aside to let it dry completely.
  • Add other embellishments you see fit.
  • Then display and/or gift away your handprint Halloween cauldron keepsake piece proudly!
