Craft Supplies:
- Free Nuts About You Printable
- White Cardstock Paper
- Washable Craft Paint
- Paint Brush
- Paper Plate
- Baby Wipes
Directions:
- First grab the acorn printable listed above in the supply list.
- Print it out on a single sheet of white cardstock. You need one print per keepsake you want to make today.
- Now grab your brown crayon.
- Color in the acorn top in the printable.
- When done coloring, grab your craft paint, paper plate and foam brush.
- Squirt some paint on the paper plate.
- Paint the palm of your child’s hand completely brown and press it in the center of the printable, right underneath the acorn top.
- Gently lift up their hand to reveal the handprint design underneath.
- Clean off excess paint with a few baby wipes and a quick trip to the sink.
- Go ahead and add some heart stickers all over the acorn design, to tie the theme together.
