Turn ordinary wood craft spoons into one-of-a-kind woodland friends with the help of Glued To My Crafts today! It’s seriously so easy to recreate!

Looking for a fun craft project to do with your kids? This wooden spoon fox puppet is perfect for an afternoon stuck indoors!
Craft Supplies:
- Wooden Craft Spoons
- Choice of Color Craft Paint
- White Craft Paint
- Black Craft Paint
- Small Paper Plate
- Paint Brushes
- Cardstock Paper {to match your fox}
- School Glue
- Kid Friendly Craft Scissors
Directions:
- First things first – squirt your craft paint colors on the paper plate.
- Next have children paint their wooden spoon completely orange, red or brown {or any color they like!}
- Once done with that step, it’s time to paint on the white sideburns and black dotted nose & eyes.
- When done painting, set aside the paint covered spoon to let it dry a bit.
- Next up – cutting up the paper. Go ahead and grab your cardstock paper & scissors.
- Cut out two triangle ears and a long fluffy tail for the fox from the matching cardstock paper.
- Use some remaining white paint on your paper plate to give the tail some dimension.
- To finish off the Wood Spoon Fox Puppet – simply glue the paper pieces in place on the painted spoon.
- Then, if you like, add other embellishments you see fit {like glitter, rhinestones etc}
- To display, you can add magnets to the back or hot glue some string for easy hanging!

Instructions
