Use our Handprint Butterfly Keepsake w/free printable idea to make a beautiful piece for grandparents, teachers or even yourself to enjoy!
Craft Supplies:
- Butterfly Printable – on our landing page
- White Cardstock Paper
- Washable Craft Paint
- Paper Plate
- Paint Brush
- Baby Wipes
Directions:
- First print out the free provided template printable, on a single sheet of white cardstock paper. You only need one print per craft.
- Next squirt some craft paint on a paper plate.
- Pick a hand – any hand will do.
- Paint the palm & fingers of one of your child’s hands and press it in the center of the printable, right next to the butterfly’s body.
- Repeat if desired to make a fuller set of “wings.”
- Go ahead and clean off hands with a baby wipe & a quick trip to the sink.
- Once the paint is completely dry on the printable, add other embellishments you see fit like stickers, glitter etc.
- Then display/gift away your child’s Handprint Wing Butterfly piece proudly!
