Bubble Wrap Stamped Autumn Tree Craft

Autumn Tree Artwork Made With Bubble Wrap

A few months back, I shared a kid craft tutorial titled Bubble Wrap Print Cherry Blossom Tree for the spring season.

I have to admit – it’s actually been one of my MOST popular posts to date. Little did I know {thanks to the inspiration of a blog reader of mine} that my idea would also be great for fall!

So without ado – here is how YOU can take the free printable from the previous post and transform it for autumn! Just grab the free download below, some craft paint and bubble wrap & create this Bubble Wrap Stamped Autumn Tree with your child today!

Happy crafting, my friends {and don’t forget to watch the leaves change color in honor of this craft!} #gluedtomycrafts

Bubble Wrap Print Autumn Tree Craft

Get crafty with the kids this autumn and create your own unique masterpiece! Use bubble wrap to stamp an autumn tree – it’s easy and so much fun!

Craft Supplies:

  • TREE BRANCH PRINTABLE – ON OUR LANDING PAGE
  • White Cardstock Paper
  • Bubble Wrap
  • Small Paper Plate
  • Orange Craft Paint
  • Red Craft Paint
  • Yellow Craft Paint

Directions:

  • First print out the tree template on some simple white cardstock paper.
  • Next place some orange, red and yellow paint on a paper plate.
  • Have children use the bubble wrap as their paint brush and paint some “leaves” all over the tree. Just stamp, lift up and repeat.
  • Once done, they can add other embellishments {I add some gold glitter on the wet paint} if they like or simply display as is.
  • When ready, set your Bubble Wrap Autumn Tree aside, to let it dry completely before displaying!

Pair It With A Book:

Here are a few suggestions for books that complement our craft idea. You can purchase them via our affiliate links on Amazon.

  • The Leaf Thief by Alice Hemming {my personal fav!}

Modify as Needed - Feel free to adapt materials or steps to meet your child's abilities and safety needs. For example, substitute scissors with safety scissors if necessary. Keep an Eye on Allergies - Be mindful of potential allergens in craft materials like glue, paint, or certain fabrics. Opt for non-toxic and hypoallergenic options whenever possible.
