Paper Plate Duck - Kid Craft Idea

Tissue Paper Duck Craft

Hi my crafty friends! Are you ready for another kid friendly craft tutorial that is centered around one of our favorite children’s books? Well – you are in the right place because this idea is ‘quackin’ good!

Eric Carle is probably one of the most famous children’s book authors out there, with his most recognizable book probably being The Very Hungry Caterpillar. His collage illustrations in his books have always drawn me in and I just love the stories inside as well.

So it comes to no surprise, that today’s preschooler craft idea is centered around one of his books. I’m going to share with you all how we recently made this Paper Plate Duck Kid Craft that goes along perfectly with the Eric Carle book 10 Rubber Ducks. Not only is our craft super simple and fun but it’s also great for children of all ages to make!

Now let’s gather up our simple craft supplies and get to work – shall we? Don’t forget to grab the book to read in celebration of your craft time!

Find all the details below in the tutorial! Happy crafting my friends {quack quack!} Don’t forget to share pictures of your finished tissue paper covered ducks on our Facebook page to admire from a far! #gluedtomycrafts
