When is the last time you did a good paper craft with your child? Let’s change that today and make some Cupcake Liner Ladybugs together!
Ladybug Craft Idea Using Cupcake Liners
If you loved our Cupcake Liner Bees kid craft from the other day – you are going to love today’s crafty post! I’ve decided that for a new year resolution, I would challenge myself when it comes to the types of kid craft tutorials I share on the Glued To My Crafts blog.
Basically trying something different from our normal paper plate and tissue paper crafts {although there will still be a TON of those in the near future!}
After doing some deep cleaning in my craft room recently, I’ve come to the conclusion that I have WAY to many unused cupcake liners in my possession.
At one point in my life, I aspired to be a fancy cupcake baker but that idea has pretty much gone down the drain. Although I’m admitting my dream has failed, that doesn’t mean the multi-colored liners have to follow suit too. These inexpensive paper pieces can be easily turned into kid craft masterpieces with a little imagination and time {hence my new venture!}
So today I present to you our Cupcake Liner Ladybugs art project idea. Not only is this a kid friendly idea that is super simple and fun for all ages BUT it’s also really inexpensive when it comes to the supplies {we are talking cents!}
PLUS if you like, you can easily turn this red and black ladybug craft into Valentine’s Day cards or special keepsakes for grandparents or friends. And don’t let the fun stop with just Valentine’s Day either. This kid friendly bug craft idea is also great for welcoming spring into your home, as well!
