Directions:

  • For each snowman card, you will need two white buttons, one red bow and one hat embellishment.
  • Place a glue dot on the back of your buttons and place then on the front of your card, to look like a snowman. I even placed them with the holes of the buttons, looking like eyes.
  • Using your black Sharpie, draw on arms for the snowman.
  • To finish off the snowman, place a glue dot on the back of your red bow & Santa hat and place them on the card.
  • Now stamp on your holiday embellishment and write a heart “warming” message inside.
  • And that’s it! You have a complete snowman card made out of buttons. Now mail and/or give it away in person!

Use Age-Appropriate Supplies - Choose craft supplies that are suitable for your child’s age. Check labels for recommendations and avoid items with small parts or sharp edges for younger children. Modify as Needed - Feel free to adapt materials or steps to meet your child's abilities and safety needs. For example, substitute scissors with safety scissors if necessary. Keep an Eye on Allergies - Be mindful of potential allergens in craft materials like glue, paint, or certain fabrics. Opt for non-toxic and hypoallergenic options whenever possible.
