To complete this “I Love Mom BEE-cause” beehive craft idea, all you need to do is print out the provided file on white cardstock paper. You will need one printout per child.

Set up a crafting station where your kids can get creative without worrying about making a mess. Cover the table with some old newspaper or a plastic tablecloth, and make sure the paint and markers are all within easy reach.

 

Next, children can decorate the beehive using crayons, markers, colored pencils, or any art supplies they enjoy. For younger children, you can assist them in filling out the six blank spaces with “reasons they love mom.” To complete the design, have them add a special touch by creating thumbprint “bees” around their decorated beehive.
