Craft Supplies:
- White Shaving Cream
- White School Glue
- Craft Paint
- Foam Paint Brush
- Small Bowl
- Cupcake Printable – on our landing page
- White Cardstock Paper
- Wiggle Eyes
Directions:
- First download and print the cupcake template printable {or draw your own design on some cardstock} You only need ONE printable per monster craft.
- Next, in a small bowl mix equal parts of shaving cream with white school glue. This will create a sticky frosting consistency.
- Now add a drop or two of craft paint into the mixture, to get the desired “cupcake frosting” color. Please keep in mind, that once the frosting dries, it will be a darker shade.
- Once you have the consistency/color you like – have your child use a paint brush to fill in the cupcake part with the “frosting.”
- To finish your puffy paint monster cupcake craft, sprinkle several wiggle eyes {in random spots} on top of the glue mixture. You can add a ton or just a few – it’s up to you!
- When done decorating the cupcake, set aside the paper piece to let it dry completely.
- Once completely dry, display proudly!
