Yellow Chicks Riding In Paper Truck

Handprint craft ideas are a great way to entertain kids in a short period of time AND the finished pieces can be easily turned into a gift within minutes. In a lot of cases, kids can make the handprint craft and then give the finished piece to someone special, right after.

When I first came up with our latest and greatest “Handprint Baby Chicks Riding In Truck” tutorial, I initially had my son in mind. If you are new around here, my son is a TRUCK fanatic! Monster trucks, Chevy trucks, Toyota trucks – you name it, that kid is ALL OVER IT!

And since my readers loved my Paper Valentine Truck post that went live this past Valentine’s Day holiday, I knew I had to step up my game and share something for SPRING as well. Hence how today’s post was born!

With the free truck printables I’ve included in today’s post, it’s just a matter of downloading, printing and then cutting out some pieces to pull it together. Your child can even customize their spring themed trucks with various small Easter themed embellishments to really make it their own.

Then when they are done, they can either display their newly made handprint chicks as is OR slide the finished truck piece in a simple photo frame to gift to someone special.

Find all the details and free files below. Happy crafting, my dear friends! Don’t forget to share pictures with us as well! You can find us on Instagram for easy tagging! I can’t wait to hear from you! #gluedtomycrafts
