Craft Supplies:

  • Wooden Craft Spoons – one per bunny puppet
  • White Craft Paint
  • Small Paint Brush
  • Pink/Black Sharpies
  • White Cardstock
  • School Glue
  • Kid Friendly Craft Scissors
  • optional – other embellishments like small bows, rhinestones, glitter etc.

Directions:

  • First have children paint their wooden spoons however they like {we went with a white bunny look but the options are limitless on the color choice!}
  • Once done painting, set aside to let them dry completely.
  • While they are working on that – cut out some large bunny ears from your white cardstock {two per bunny}
  • To finish off the Wooden Spoon Bunny Puppet – simply glue the paper bunny ears to the wooden spoon and draw on a face with your Sharpies.
  • Then add other embellishments you see fit {like glitter, rhinestones etc.}
  • To display, you can add magnets to the back or hot glue some string for easy hanging!
