
Wooden Spoon Bunny Puppet
At Glued To My Crafts we are hoping to encourage YOU to turn ordinary wood craft spoons into one-of-a-kind puppet friends! Then use your Wooden Spoon Bunnies as Easter decor, place them in Dirt Pudding as a festive touch OR have an afternoon of epic pretend play with them!
Whatever you decide to do with your finished pretend bunny masterpieces, I hope you enjoy making them. I highly encourage you to make more than one in one sitting and maybe even get the whole family involved in making of their own!

Craft Supplies:
- Wooden Craft Spoons – one per bunny puppet
- White Craft Paint
- Small Paint Brush
- Pink/Black Sharpies
- White Cardstock
- School Glue
- Kid Friendly Craft Scissors
- optional – other embellishments like small bows, rhinestones, glitter etc.
Directions:
- First have children paint their wooden spoons however they like {we went with a white bunny look but the options are limitless on the color choice!}
- Once done painting, set aside to let them dry completely.
- While they are working on that – cut out some large bunny ears from your white cardstock {two per bunny}
- To finish off the Wooden Spoon Bunny Puppet – simply glue the paper bunny ears to the wooden spoon and draw on a face with your Sharpies.
- Then add other embellishments you see fit {like glitter, rhinestones etc.}
- To display, you can add magnets to the back or hot glue some string for easy hanging!
