Wooden Spoon Bunnies - Kid Craft

Hop on over to the craft table and try this adorable Wooden Spoon Bunny art project idea today! Little ones will love creating their own fluffy friend within minutes!

Craft Supplies:

  • Wooden Craft Spoons
  • White Craft Paint
  • Small Paint Brush
  • Pink Sharpie Marker
  • Black Sharpie Marker
  • White Cardstock Paper
  • School Glue
  • Kid Friendly Craft Scissors

Directions:

  • First have children paint their wooden spoons however they like {we went with a white bunny look but the options are limitless on the color choice!}
  • Once done painting, set aside to let them dry completely.
  • While they are working on that – cut out some large bunny ears from your white cardstock {two per bunny}
  • To finish off the Wooden Spoon Bunny Puppet – simply glue the paper bunny ears to the wooden spoon and draw on a face with your Sharpies.
  • Then add other embellishments you see fit {like glitter, rhinestones etc.}
  • To display, you can add magnets to the back or hot glue some string for easy hanging!
