Craft Supplies:

  • Wooden Craft Spoons
  • White/Pink Craft Paint
  • Paint Brushes
  • Black Sharpie Markers
  • Colored Cardstock Paper

  • School Glue
  • Paper Craft Scissors

Directions:

  • First have children paint the body of the wooden spoons however they like {I went with a white unicorn look but the options are limitless on the color choice of the body!}
  • Once done with the body, paint on a pink oval nose to the center of the “head” of the spoon.
  • Set aside to let them dry completely.
  • While they are working on that – cut out from the cardstock and gold craft foam, some small decorative flowers for the unicorn crown, long flowy hair, as well as a triangular horn.
  • To finish off the Wooden Spoon Unicorns – simply glue the newly cut out embellishments to the wooden spoon and draw on eyelashes with your black Sharpie marker to the face.
