Looking for a last minute craft idea? This super easy, hassle free, and colorful popsicle stick valentine rocket ship is sure to delight!

Craft Supplies:

  • Jumbo Popsicle Sticks
  • Mini Popsicle Sticks
  • School Glue
  • Craft Paint
  • Foam Paint Brush
  • Small Paper Plate
  • Valentine’s Day Scrapbook Paper
  • Orange Cardstock Paper
  • Heart Paper Punch

Directions:

  • First glue your popsicle sticks together to look like a fence. Lay the three jumbo popsicle sticks next to each other and then the two mini across.
  • Set aside to let it dry completely.
  • Repeat for each Valentine rocket you want to make today.
  • Now you are ready for paint. Squirt your craft paint on the paper plate.
  • Go ahead and paint your popsicle sticks however you like.
  • Next grab your scrapbook paper and cardstock.
  • Cut out a triangular top for the rocket ship, as well as a pretty heart embellishment for the center and orange flames on the bottom.
  • To finish off your Popsicle Stick Valentine Rocket Ship – have children glue on their cardstock pieces, as well as any other embellishments they see fit.
  • Display proudly for all to see!
