Candy Apple Craft Supplies:
* Small Paper Plates – one per candy apple craft
* Red and/or Green Craft Paint
* Foam Paint Brush
* Brown Cardstock
* Jumbo Popsicle Sticks
* Basic Craft Scissors
* School Glue
* Hand-Held Office Stapler
optional – glitter, rhinestones, stickers etc
Directions:
* First have children cover their paper plates completely with red and/or green paint. Simply squirt some paint in the center of the paper plate and have them use the paint brush.
* While they are working on that, cut out the “caramel” from the brown cardstock.
* To finish off the Candy Apple kid craft, staple on the cardstock piece to the paper plate, as well as the popsicle stick to the back.
* Then add other embellishments you see fit {maybe some glitter for sprinkles!} before setting aside the decorated paper plate to let it all dry completely.
* Then display proudly for all to see!
* You can also change up this craft by skipping the paint and using green/red tissue paper instead!
