Paper & Handprint Cupcake Keepsake Craft For Kids

Today we are going to help YOU and your child make an adorable “You Are The Sweetest” Cupcake keepsake gift within minutes!

Craft Supplies:

  • CUPCAKE KEEPSAKE PRINTABLE – ON OUR LANDING PAGE
  • Cardstock Paper
  • Pen or Pencil
  • Scissors
  • School Glue
  • Red Pom Pom
  • Glitter Glue or Loose Craft Glitter

Directions:

  • First things first, if you haven’t already, save and print our “you are the sweetest” file {listed above in the supply list} on a single sheet of white cardstock. You only need ONE print per handprint cupcake keepsake craft.
  • Next up – trace your child’s hand on their choice of colored cardstock paper.
  • When done tracing, trim out the design with your paper scissors. This is now the frosting for the craft.
  • Go ahead and glue the handprint cutout to the cupcake printable. You want the fingers to be facing downward.
  • To finish off your Paper Cupcake Keepsake, adhere the pom pom “cherry” on top of the cupcake design.
  • Now go ahead and also add on tons of sprinkles & glitter glue embellishments. Really layer it on!
  • When done decorating, let it dry completely.
