Get the little ones involved in sending some warm and fuzzy #happymail to someone special, with today’s Handprint Brown Bear Hug craft idea!
Craft Supplies:
- Free Bear Printable – on our landing page
- White Cardstock Paper
- Brown Cardstock Paper
- Crayons or Markers
- Pencil
- Scissors
- Stapler
- Brown Ribbon
- Googly Eyes
- School Glue
- Embellishments
Directions:
- First things first – print out the bear body printable, on a single sheet of white cardstock paper.
- Decorate the shape with crayons and trim it out afterwards.
- Discard excess paper.
- Next grab your remaining sheet of brown cardstock paper, as well as the pencil.
- Trace your hand TWICE on the paper.
- Trim out both designs.
- Now grab the ribbon and cut off TWO long pieces.
- To finish off the paper handprint hug craft, simply staple the ribbon and handprint cutouts to each side of the bear cutout.
- Add any other embellishments {along with the two wiggle eyes} to bring the brown bear to life.
- Then display as is or gift away to spread some cheer to those you love the most!
