Hi my crafty friends! I’m so excited you are here today to see our Popsicle Stick Three Little Pigs and Wolf kid craft idea!!

Let me just start off by saying you are going to be squealing with excitement for this craft idea, as well as our paper plate wolf craft {but let’s wait to check that out later!}

Not only is our Three Little Pigs and Wolf craft idea super easy and fun for all ages BUT it also goes along PERFECTLY with the story we all know too well from our own childhood.

Popsicle Stick Three Little Pigs and Wolf - Kid Craft

This fun popsicle stick craft is perfect for teaching kids about the story of The Three Little Pigs. It’s a great afternoon activity that will keep them entertained and engaged!

Craft Supplies:

  • Jumbo Popsicle Sticks – 3 per craft
  • School Glue
  • White Cardstock Paper
  • Pink Cardstock Paper
  • Gray Cardstock Paper
  • Pink Craft Paint
  • Gray Craft Paint
  • Paint Brushes
  • Large Wiggle Eyes
  • Craft Scissors
  • Black Marker

Directions:

  • First grab three popsicle sticks {three per pig or wolf} and glue them together to look like a triangle.
  • Set aside to let it dry completely. Repeat.
  • While those are drying, grab your cardstock {pink for pig/gray for wolf} and cut a triangular shape that will be placed within the popsicle stick design and be the face of each.
  • At this time, you should also cut out two smaller triangles out of the remaining cardstock for their ears, as well as other facial embellishments.
  • To finish off the three little pigs craft – have children paint their popsicle stick design {pink for pig/gray for wolf} as well as gluing the paper pieces and eyes/nose in place.
  • Once done, set aside to let it dry completely before displaying proudly!
