Let’s COOK up some awesome craft time memories with today’s Paper Plate Pancake kid friendly tutorial! Pair it up with some story time afterwards and it’s sure to be a great afternoon together!
Paper Plate Pancake – Kid Craft Idea For Story Time
Continuing on with the recent theme of children’s books and kid crafts that go along with them – today I’m sharing another kid friendly tutorial that goes along perfectly with the book If You Give A Pig A Pancake by Laura Numeroff.
This Paper Plate Pancake {Kid Craft} is not only simple and fun for all ages – but it’s also really inexpensive. All you need is a paper plate, some tissue paper and tons of glue to “bake it up!” It’s still sticky fun like the real thing but without the floury mess in the kitchen!
So what are you waiting for? Find the easy step-by-step tutorial for this paper plate and tissue paper pancake craft below, as well as links to other kid craft ideas that pair nicely with children’s books as well!
And don’t forget to read the coordinating book I mentioned above, in honor of the craft and perhaps even cook up some pancakes to celebrate!
Happy crafting, my friends! Don’t forget to share pictures of your pancake made from a paper plate on our Facebook page to admire! #gluedtomycrafts
