This popsicle stick tent is the perfect camping craft idea for kids! It’s easy to make and they’ll love showing it off!
Craft Supplies:
- Jumbo Popsicle Sticks
- School Glue
- Cardstock Paper
- Craft Paint
- Paint Brushes
- Craft Scissors
- Embellishments
Directions:
- First grab three popsicle sticks {three per camping tent craft} and glue them together to look like a triangle.
- Set aside to let it dry completely. Repeat.
- While those are drying, grab your cardstock and cut a triangular shape that will be placed within the popsicle stick design and be the “fabric” of the tent.
- At this time, you should also cut out a white piece for the tent opening and a small campfire for the front.
- To finish off the Popsicle Stick Tent – have children paint their popsicle stick design however they like, as well as gluing the paper pieces in place and adding any other embellishments they like.
- Once done, set aside to let it dry completely before displaying proudly!
