Popsicle Stick Tent - Camping Craft

This popsicle stick tent is the perfect camping craft idea for kids! It’s easy to make and they’ll love showing it off!

Craft Supplies:

  • Jumbo Popsicle Sticks
  • School Glue
  • Cardstock Paper
  • Craft Paint
  • Paint Brushes
  • Craft Scissors
  • Embellishments

Directions:

  • First grab three popsicle sticks {three per camping tent craft} and glue them together to look like a triangle.
  • Set aside to let it dry completely. Repeat.
  • While those are drying, grab your cardstock and cut a triangular shape that will be placed within the popsicle stick design and be the “fabric” of the tent.
  • At this time, you should also cut out a white piece for the tent opening and a small campfire for the front.
  • To finish off the Popsicle Stick Tent – have children paint their popsicle stick design however they like, as well as gluing the paper pieces in place and adding any other embellishments they like.
  • Once done, set aside to let it dry completely before displaying proudly!
