Cupid’s Arrow Craft For Kids

Today I present to you our Cupcake Liner Cupid’s Arrow Kid Craft. It’s ABSOLUTELY perfect to recreate with your child, this upcoming Valentine’s Day holiday and can be done in a matter of minutes!

These popsicle sticks arrows from cupid’s quiver may not have supernatural “love” effects but that doesn’t make them any less fun to make {or share!}

Not only is this a Valentine themed kid friendly idea super simple and fun for all ages BUT it’s also really inexpensive when it comes to the supplies {we are talking cents!} PLUS if you like, you can easily turn this craft into Valentine’s Day decor or special keepsakes for grandparents or friends too!

So what are you waiting for? Gather up your supplies, check out the tutorial below and then craft these cupcake liner and popsicle stick cupid’s arrows up with your child today! I just know you are going to LOVE our unique {and first seen here!} kid craft idea!

These cupid’s arrows are made from popsicle sticks and cupcake liners – perfect for Valentine’s Day celebrations!

Craft Supplies:

  • Large Cupcake Liners – 3 per craft
  • Jumbo Popsicle Sticks – 1 per craft
  • School Glue
  • Craft Scissors
  • Pink/Red Cardstock Paper

Directions:

  • First pick out your cupcake liners to get the look/color scheme you want for your craft. You will need three per arrow.
  • Go ahead and fold each one in half.
  • Follow that up by folding it in half again and trim a little off to make a heart {see the above picture for an example}
  • Repeat the above steps until you have THREE cupcake liner pieces per arrow you are making.
  • Once you have the cupcake liner “feathers” complete, you are ready for the assembling. Glue your finished cupcake liner pieces to one end of your popsicle stick.
  • To finish off the Cupcake Liner Cupid’s Arrow – cut a triangle out of the pink cardstock and glue to the other end of the popsicle stick.
  • Add other embellishments and display proudly for all to see!!!

Here’s your checklist of supplies to bring this craft to life:

  • Cardstock Paper
  • 3 Cupcake Liners
  • 1 Jumbo Popsicle Stick
  • School Glue
  • Scissors

Prepare your creative haven by laying down a protective cover before the crafting magic begins!
