Love You To Pieces Craft Idea

You know what’s awesome?! Late night puzzle piecing with your husband on the dining table, that eventually leads to you brainstorming a brand new paper craft idea for the Glued To My Crafts blog.

Yup. Totally random but well…. that’s just how it is when it comes to my quirky and crafty brain. So that’s my backstory on how I was inspired to share today’s crafty “Love You To Pieces” post idea!

My husband and I have been working on a 2000 piece puzzle since New Year’s Eve and it’s been a great “quiet” time activity for us. We just sit around the kitchen table piecing it all together and it’s nice to turn off the devices & just enjoy “us.” Plus the small talk inspires some good ideas – hence this post.

Anyways – back to today’s Paper Scrap Love You To Pieces craft idea w/free printable template. It’s simply perfect for younger {and older} kids and it makes for a great “gift” idea for the classroom setting as well.

Plus you can use up your random paper scraps, ribbon scraps, tissue paper squares, leftover holiday wrapping paper or just regular computer paper that you pull from the printer drawer {maybe even some old random puzzle pieces too!} Whatever you have on hand that can be glued to paper – go for it! This is going to be such a CHEAP craft!

The ideas are pretty endless with this love you to pieces kid craft idea {just raid your craft stash or home for random supplies!} I just hope you take the FREE blank heart printable I’ve provided below & run with it!

Always Ensure Adult Supervision - Young children should be supervised at all times when engaging in craft activities. This is essential to keep them safe and ensure materials are used correctly. Use Age-Appropriate Supplies - Choose craft supplies that are suitable for your child’s age. Check labels for recommendations and avoid items with small parts or sharp edges for younger children. Modify as Needed - Feel free to adapt materials or steps to meet your child's abilities and safety needs. For example, substitute scissors with safety scissors if necessary. Keep an Eye on Allergies - Be mindful of potential allergens in craft materials like glue, paint, or certain fabrics. Opt for non-toxic and hypoallergenic options whenever possible.
