PAIR YOUR BUTTERFLY CRAFT WITH —> Handprint Wooden Spoon Butterflies – Kid Craft
Autumn Butterfly Craft Supplies:
* One Paper Plate {large or small – one per butterfly craft}
* Paper Craft Scissors
* Plastic Decorative Leaves {or the real stuff from outside!}
* School Glue
* One Pipe Cleaner {one per butterfly craft}
* Construction Paper
* Hand-Held Office Stapler
Directions:
* First you will want to make the body of your butterflies. This is done by cutting your paper plate, straight up the center to make TWO equal sized pieces.
* When done with the cutting step, squirt some glue on the paper plate halves and place a few decorative leaves on top, until the paper plate pieces are completely covered.
* Set aside your decorated piece to let them dry completely.
* Now grab your construction paper and scissors.
* Cut out a simple body shape for the center of the paper plate.
* To finish off the Paper Plate Fall Butterflies – simply fold a pipe cleaner in half {for the antennas} and staple on to the paper plate.
* Add the paper body cutout on top of that {you can use the school glue or stapler for that step.}
* Add other embellishments you see fit before displaying proudly!
* Don’t forget to snap a few pictures to share with us on your social media sites! #gluedtomycrafts
