Craft Supplies:
- Free EYEBALL Printable – on our landing page
- White Cardstock Paper
- Black Cardstock Paper
- Small Paper Plates
- Cupcake Liners
- Jumbo Popsicle Sticks
- Craft Paint
- Paint Brushes
- Scissors
- Stapler
- School Glue
- Halloween Embellishments
Directions:
- First things first – grab your small paper plate.
- Paint it ANY color you like.
- At this point in time, you should also paint one side of your jumbo popsicle stick, completely black.
- Set aside both for now.
- Now grab your printout and your scissors.
- Cut out ONE eyeball design per spooky flower you want to make today {save the rest for our MONSTER craft!}
- Next grab THREE cupcake liners and your scissors.
- Flatten each cupcake liner out with your hands and stack them together, one on top each other.
- Use the scissors to cut a “fringe” around the edge of the stacked cupcake liners.
- Go ahead and use your fingers to curl some of your cuts, to give your flower some dimension.
- Now use your stapler to secure the liners together, with the eyeball cutout, in the center.
- We are heading towards the last steps! Finally – glue the stacked cupcake liners to the center of your painted paper plate.
- Follow that up by securing the paint jumbo popsicle stick to the back of the decorated flower piece.
- Finally, cut out a simple petal shape from the remaining black cardstock paper and glue it in place.
- At this point in time you can add small embellishments {such as spider stickers like I did!}
- Set aside to let it dry completely.
- Then display/gift away your spooky paper plate Halloween flowers proudly!
