As the days grow shorter and Christmas inches closer, it’s time to start thinking about fun festive crafts for kids to make!

Looking for a festive craft project to keep the kids entertained this Christmas? Why not try making a handprint Jingle Bell keepsake! It’s easy and fun to make, and your little ones will be proud of their handiwork. Plus, it makes a great decoration or gift for family and friends.

Craft Supplies:

Bell Printable – on our landing page
White Cardstock Paper
Crayons, Markers or Coloring Pencils
Craft Paint
Paint Brush
Small Paper Plate
Baby Wipe
Embellishments

Directions:

First things first – grab the jingle all the way keepsake printable listed above in the supply list.
Now print out the provided file on white cardstock paper. You only need ONE print per craft.
Next grab your choice of coloring utensils and have children color in the Christmas belly design however THEY like!
When they are done, it’s time for the paint! Grab your craft paint, paint brush and paper plate.
Squirt some paint on the paper plate.
Pick a hand – any hand will do!
Paint the palm and fingers of your child’s hand completely.
Now press it in the center {right inside the bell design!} on the printable.
Make sure you wiggle each finger so the paint really transfers to the paper.
When ready, carefully lift up their hand to reveal the design.
Now clean off their hand with some baby wipes and a quick trip to the sink with soap & water.
To finish off the handprint Christmas bell, add any embellishments you like, to give their holiday keepsake piece a personalized look
Don’t forget to write your child’s name, age and date on the back!
