Popsicle Stick Spider-Man Character - Kid Craft

Spider-Man Popsicle Stick Craft Idea

It’s another SUPERHERO themed kid craft idea using inexpensive popsicle sticks! Making this an easy craft idea ANYONE can pull together on the fly {especially during the upcoming summer break!}

Popsicle Stick Spiderman - Kid Craft

Craft Supplies:

  • Jumbo Popsicle Sticks {3 per Spider-Man craft}
  • Red Craft Paint
  • Foam Paint Brush
  • Small Paper Plate
  • School Glue
  • Red Cardstock Paper
  • White Cardstock Paper
  • Kid-Friendly Scissors
  • Thin Tip Black Sharpie Marker

Directions:

  • First glue your THREE jumbo popsicle sticks together in a triangle shape.
  • Set aside to let it dry completely. Repeat for each Spiderman craft you want to make today.
  • When it’s dry enough – grab the red craft paint, paint brush and paper plate.
  • Squirt some red paint on the paper plate.
  • Go ahead and paint your newly made craft stick triangle shape completely red.
  • Again, set aside to let it dry a bit.
  • Now grab the cardstock sheets and scissors.
  • Out of the red cardstock, cut out a triangle that will fit inside the popsicle stick shape.
  • Set aside.
  • Out of the white, cut out TWO eyes for the superhero.
  • Next grab your Sharpie marker and draw lines, crisscrossing each other, on the red triangle piece {just like on Spiderman’s mask}
  • Finally – glue your cardstock pieces to the painted popsicle stick shape to finished the craft stick Spider-Man art project.
  • Add other embellishments you see fit.
  • Set aside to let it all dry completely before you display it proudly for all to see!
