Paper Bag Superhero Bunny Puppet - Kid Craft Idea For Easter

Lunch Sack Bunny Superhero Puppet

Today’s Easter Superhero Bunnies kid’s craft idea is extra fun for the crime-fighting little boys {and girls} in your life! These “super” fun creations are perfect for your Easter and spring celebrations, as well as in your child’s everyday creative imaginative play.

So let’s grab our supplies and fly high as we make these awesome and completely customizable paper bag bunny superhero together!

Display them as is OR have some playtime with them in the living room. Whatever you do – I hope you AND your child have fun making these SUPER Easter bunnies together!

Paper Bag Superhero Bunny Puppet

Craft Supplies:

  • Free Superhero Mask Printable {grab the free file from box.com}
  • Color Printer
  • White Cardstock Paper For The Printable
  • Cardstock Paper or Scrapbook Paper for the cape
  • Brown Paper Bag – one per superhero bunny puppet
  • White Craft Paint
  • Large Foam Paint Brush
  • Small Paper Plate
  • Basic Craft Scissors
  • School Glue
  • Large Wiggle Eyes
  • Black Sharpie Marker
  • optional materials – other desired embellishments like glitter, feathers, sequins etc.

Directions:

  • If you haven’t already – be sure to grab the free file, print it out and trim out ONE of the bunny head shape designs in the printable.
  • Set aside the remaining piece so you repeat the craft again.
  • Next up – squirt the white craft paint on the paper plate.
  • Hand over the paint brush and have children paint their paper bag completely white.
  • While they are working on the painting step, grab the colored cardstock paper and scissors.
  • Cut out a cape, as well as a superhero symbol for the center of it’s chest.
  • Once ready, simple glue everything in place the painted paper bag. The mask goes on the front, while the cape goes on the back. The superhero symbol goes in the center.
  • At this point in time you should also glue on the large wiggle eyes and draw on a face with the marker.
  • Add any other embellishments you see fit.
  • Then display the finished Paper Bag Easter Bunny Superhero piece proudly or play with it like a puppet.
