Popsicle Stick Car Puppets - Kid Craft

 All you need are some basic craft supplies and a little bit of time – soon enough you’ll have awesome car puppets that your kids can make come alive in their own imaginative adventures together.

Craft Supplies:

Gathering supplies for this project is half the fun. Most items can be found around your home or picked up inexpensively at any craft store.

  • ONE Jumbo Popsicle Stick
  • FOUR Regular Popsicle Sticks
  • School Glue
  • Craft Paint
  • Paint Brushes
  • Cardstock Paper
  • Craft Scissors
  • Sharpie Markers

Directions:

  • You are going to start out by gluing your popsicle sticks together like a sign. Use our picture as an example.
  • Set aside to let it dry completely.
  • Next is the fun part! Decorate your assembled piece however you like with paint, colored cardstock paper and Sharpie markers!
  • BTW – the smaller piece of the jumbo popsicle stick will look like a little person peeking out of the car and is perfect to customize to your child’s looks!
  • And that’s it! Easy peasy, right!?
