Popsicle Stick Christmas Train Supplies:
* 8 Jumbo Popsicle Sticks {per train}
* Green or Red Craft Paint
* Paint Brushes
* School Glue
* Black/Red/Green/Gray/White Cardstock
* Scissors
* Various Colored Markers
* Christmas Stickers or other embellishments
Directions:
* Grab your popsicle sticks. Lay four next to each other {like a fence} one by one, on a flat surface. Now grab your other popsicle sticks and start gluing them the other direction {hard to explain but refer to the above picture for example}
* Once all the popsicle sticks are glued together, set aside to let it all dry completely. Repeat for each train you want to make.
* When dry have children paint their popsicle stick piece however they like {Christmas colors are encouraged but can be changed to whatever!} while you cut out some wheels & other train features from the cardstock.
* To finish off the Popsicle Stick Train, glue the cardstock pieces in place as well as any other embellishments you see fit {think rhinestones, glitter etc. Don’t forget to draw in Santa steering the train!
* Then display or play with proudly!
