For the Christmas lovers out there – today I present to you our Glitter & Paper Christmas Wreath tutorial w/free printable to get you started with ease!
Who doesn’t love sparkly glitter and a beautiful wreath to admire during the holiday season?! And with the free Christmas wreath outline template I’ve provided in today’s post, you are sure to have a real crafty hit on your hands {for kids AND adults!}
Whether you do our Christmas wreath kids craft idea like I instruct in the tutorial below OR you decide to change it up to fit your needs {think of thumbprints, rhinestones and even feathers for a different look} I hope this very post inspires some merry-tastic craft fun in your home today! Deck the halls with this easy and festive Glitter & Paper Christmas Wreath craft idea that doubles as a fun holiday decoration!
Craft Supplies:
- Wreath Printable – on box.com
- White Cardstock Paper
- Color Printer
- Loose Craft Glitter
- Large Red Buttons
- School Glue
- Embellishments
Directions:
- First print out the wreath template printable, listed above, on a single sheet of white cardstock paper. You only need one print per craft. Please only use our file for personal use.
- Now grab your white school glue and have children follow the lines on the wreath printable. You want the glue lines to be a little thick.
- Then let children go WILD as they shake the green glitter on top of the glue lines, until each one is completely covered in glitter.
- Now if desired – add other embellishments {like red buttons for berries and a big red bow} you see fit before shaking off the excess loose glitter.
- When done decorating the wreath, let it dry completely.
- Then display it proudly for all to see!!!
