Handprint Holiday Poems

How about a little painting mess with the kids? This year, make handprints that have meaning!

Craft Supplies:

  • Christmas Printables – on our landing page
  • White Cardstock Paper
  • Washable Craft Paint {Brown & Green}
  • Large, Foam Paint Brushes
  • Small Paper Plate
  • Baby Wipes

Directions:

  • First grab either the TREE or REINDEER file. Print each one out, in color, on a single sheet of white cardstock.
  • Grab your craft paint and squirt it on the paper plate.
  • Paint your child’s hand completely brown or green and press it in the center of the printable.
  • Now grab some embellishments and give it either the look of a reindeer {antlers and red nose} or a Christmas tree {rhinestones for ornaments}
  • Set aside to let it dry completely.
  • Add other embellishments you see fit, as well as having children sign the bottom.
  • Then display/gift proudly!
