Handprint Valentine Poem Supplies:
* Free Handprint Valentine Poem Template Printable {download HERE}
* White Cardstock {affiliate link}
* Color Printer
* Red and Pink Craft Paint {affiliate link}
* Paint Brush
* Small Heart Stickers {affiliate link}
* Small Paper Plate
* Baby Wipes
optional – embellishments like glitter, rhinestones etc.
Directions:
* First download the Valentine Poem Printable listed above.
* Print the free file, in color, on a single sheet of white cardstock {or any color you like!}
* Grab your pink or red craft paint.
* Squirt the paint on your paper plate.
* Pick a hand.
* Paint your child’s chosen hand completely red or pink and press it in the center of the printable.
* Lift up their hand and clean off excess paint with a baby wipe & a quick trip to the sink.
* While they are cleaning up, go ahead and grab a heart sticker & place it in the palm of the painted handprint {or paint on a small heart instead!}
* Set aside to let it dry completely.
* Add other embellishments you see fit, as well as having children sign the bottom.
* Then display/gift proudly!
