Popsicle Stick Reindeer - Kid Craft

Popsicle Stick Reindeer

Bring Christmas alive with this fun & easy kid craft idea. Then add it to your holiday to-do list and don’t look back! This is a super cute, Santa’s helper popsicle stick reindeer.

Craft Supplies:

  • Jumbo Popsicle Sticks
  • School Glue
  • Brown Craft Paint
  • Foam Paint Brush
  • Small Paper Plate
  • Red Pom Pom
  • Wiggle Eyes
  • Brown Cardstock Paper
  • Brown Scrapbook Paper
  • Pencil or Marker
  • Scissors

Directions:

  • First grab your three jumbo popsicle sticks {three per reindeer} and school glue.
  • Glue all three together to look like a simple triangle shape.
  • Set aside to let it dry completely.
  • While that is drying, grab your brown scrapbook paper and scissors.
  • Cut a simple triangular shape that will be placed within the popsicle stick design you just made and be the face of the reindeer.
  • At this time, you should also trace and trim out your both of child’s hands on some brown cardstock, to create the reindeer’s antlers.
  • To finish off the Popsicle Stick Reindeer craft – grab your red pom pom and wiggle eyes, along with all the paper pieces you just made.
  • Glue all those in place, as well as the handprint antlers on the back of the painted popsicle stick shape.
  • Once done, set aside to let it dry completely before displaying proudly!
