* White Cardstock
* Color Printer
* Crayons or Markers
* Paper Craft Scissors
* Wooden Clothespins {four per unicorn}
* optional – embellishments like glitter, stickers, rhinestones etc.
Our Simple Directions:
* First download and print the free unicorn body template printable on white cardstock. You only need one body printable per craft. Print as many as you like!
* Next grab your crayons and/or markers. Color the inside of your unicorn however YOU like!
* If desired, add some embellishments like glitter, stickers – whatever the heart desires. Make that unicorn as magical as you are!
* Once done, cut out the unicorn shape. Discard excess paper and set aside your unicorn body.
* Now grab FOUR clothespins per unicorn. Using the same crayons and/or markers, decorate each one to represent the legs of the unicorn.
* Finally, when done decorating the wooden legs, PIN them to your paper unicorn cutout. Adjust them so the unicorn stands nicely on it’s own.
* When done, display proudly!
MAKE IT YOUR OWN
Another way to change up this easy craft tutorial is to use watercolors and black glue to decorate the unicorn.
I have a great example of this technique in our Watercolor Llama tutorial :-) You’ll just have to allow the craft medium to dry completely before you cut out the shape and add the clothespins!
