Directions:
- First download and print the FREE mason jar template above, on white cardstock paper. You need ONE print per craft. Print as many as you like! Set aside.
- ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED – Grab your apple and knife. Cut the apple in half, straight down the center. Reserve one half for the craft and save the other for eating. Remember – the apple half you use for the stamping aspect of the craft, can NOT be consumed afterwards.Â
- Squirt some craft paint on your paper plate. Take your apple slice and rub it all over in the paint.
- Grab your mason jar printable. Stamp the apple SEVERAL times inside the mason jar print, until it’s completely covered. It’s ok for you to stamp outside the mason jar design as well. This is the “making jam” part of the craft.
- When done stamping, set aside your painted piece to let it dry a bit. Discard painted apple slice in trash.
- Once dry enough, grab your mason jar painted print and scissors. Trim out the mason jar design.
- Grab the glue and small decorative bow. Adhere it to the print, near the lid to make it look like it’s wrapped around the jar.
- Now display your Mason Jar Jam proudly for ALL to see!
