Pipe Cleaner Spring Flower Cards For Kids To Make For Mom

These adorable pipe cleaner spring flower cards are the perfect craft to do with your kids this season!

CRAFT SUPPLIES:

  • Pipe Cleaners
  • Cardstock Paper
  • Tacky Glue
  • Scissors
  • Sharpie Markers
  • Pencil

DIRECTIONS:

  • First and foremost – create your cardstock card {or buy some pre-made cards.} Your card can be any size for this craft. I made mine to be 4″x6″ for this tutorial. Just keep in mind that the card needs to be big enough for THREE curled pipe cleaners to fit on the front of.
  • Once the cardstock paper card is made, set it aside.
  • Now grab your pipe cleaners and pencil.
  • One at a time, curl your pipe cleaner around the pencil, tightly. Pull it off the pencil and flatten the “curl” slightly with your fingers. Repeat for each pipe cleaner flower.
  • Next, grab your cardstock card, green drawing tool and tacky glue.
  • Draw on THREE stems on the bottom of the cardstock card with the green crayon/marker. This will help you place/glue down the curled “flower.”
  • Now put a good amount of glue on the back of your curled pipe cleaners and place them on the card, on top of the newly made stems. Repeat for each flower.
  • Add other embellishments you see fit. Set aside to let it dry completely {this is VERY important!}
  • Once you are ready to “gift” your card, write a handmade message inside and give away!
