Cotton Pad Cupcakes Craft Supplies:
* Small Paper Plate {one plate makes TWO cupcakes!}
* White Cotton Pads
* Colored Cardstock
* White School Glue
* Kid Friendly Scissors
* Markers
* Hand-Held Office Stapler
* Glitter or Small Craft Sequins
* Small Red Pom Poms
How To Recreate It:
* First cut your small paper plate in half. You can make TWO cupcakes with this way!
* Next grab your cotton pads and school glue.
* Glue your cotton pads onto each paper plate half. This will be start of the frosting. If desired, you can also cut up the cotton pads for better coverage.
* Once done, set aside.
* Now take your cardstock and cut two squares out. This will be the base of the cupcake. If desired, you can draw lines on it to make it look like a cupcake liner.
* Go ahead and staple the square piece to the bottom of each paper plate half. Your piece should start to look like a cupcake at this point.
* To finish off your Paper Plate and Cotton Pad Cupcakes – add some flair to your cupcake! You can add sequin and glitter “sprinkles” as well as a red pom pom cherry on top.
* Once done, set aside to let them dry completely before displaying proudly!!!

Hi Stacey! Thank you so much for taking the time to write a comment. How ironic that my name is Stacey as well and I lived in Ktown when I was little. My family still lives in the area :) I’m glad my ideas will come in handy for you. It totally makes my day to hear that. Again, thank you for reaching out. I hope you have a great rest of your week.
